Group Classes

 

Everyone’s journey is an individual experience each and every time one is on the mat.

A group setting can provide one with a sense of belonging. One is able to feel a sense of community or family. It’s a great platform for an instructor to guide and teach many individuals with similar ideas and goals of attaining health and happiness!

When you step into a virtual studio there is a special energy and focus you witness. For some who feel they need a little push and accountability, group classes are awesome. Group classes are an encouraging and inspiring environment. A group class can also help keep one engaged while having a good time moving through physical challenges. Afterwards, students feel a sense of pride having accomplished an hour or more of active, challenging movement. For many it’s also an environment where one can just breathe, receive and go deep inside their soul.

Classes are held via Zoom, giving me the ability to interact and offer modifications if needed.

Let go of the outside world for a time and embrace the benefits of balancing the Mind, Body and Spirit. It’s a moving meditation with people just like you uplifting one another simply by being present on the mat and in the room.
