The security of a private session allows you to be free to explore, grow and evolve into higher states of well-being.

Do you have special physical goals that you want to attain but don’t know where to start? Not quite ready for a group class experience? Is your job demanding and time-consuming? Are you in recovery from an injury, yet still need to move your body?

All these reasons and more can be what a person may consider before committing to a Yoga practice. If this is you, private yoga sessions are highly recommended. These sessions engage targeted areas of your mind and body through specialized sequencing in the Yoga style best suited for your individual needs.

Private Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.
